For Safety Trainers Who Want To Make a Difference

I just returned from ASSE's Safety 2008 PDC in Las Vegas. This was a fantastic conference. I delivered a presentation on using safety training games and activities that do not require any reading or writing. I will be sending that out soon to everyone who came to my session but if you were not there and would still like a copy, just let me know. If you have any other activities that you use with audiences that either do not speak English well or that have low literacy levels, please share them here. - Linda

Computer Safety Games

Linda--you've been waiting for it! Hilmerson Safety Learning Systems (HSLS) in partnership with Learningware, Inc., have developed a computer game platform that uses common gameshow games coupled with an extensive safety content library to enable trainers to play team-style games and enhance a training session. Check it out at www.hilmersonsls.com.
